As I was walking to work at the corner in front of my building, I see a fire truck. I walk a bit further, in plain view, there was a car accident. It involved a Honda and a brand new black Porsche. The driver of the Honda was taken to the hospital. The driver of the Porsche was talking to a policeman. Boy is she in trouble with the hubby! Not sure if she was married or not, but that was what some people were saying. I think the Honda tried to cut and get in the lane of the Porsche but it was too late and ka boooom. That is what it looked like judging by the angle of the cars.
Well, Roddy was evicted from the house. Which leaves 5 housemates left. Jason won the head of household competition. This is his second time at the helm. Poor Danielle, she has never won. Amy and Lisa were comforting her, telling her one day she will win. I just saw the last fifteen minutes of it. The following shows will be preempted due to college football and a special presentation of the 9/11 tragedy. That's all the Big Brother 3 news. Ho hum
Last night they announced the winner. But it took two hours of replays of auditions and how the final contestants came to be. There were also highlights of past shows. This was the first hour. The second hour, they had the ten contestants singing medleys and more medleys. To me it was like a mini concert. My hunny pointed out that one of the male singers who was not the finalist sang even better than Justin. I have to agree with him. Reason why Justin was chosen, it's his looks and he has a female following. He can sing ballads but I don't think he has that much of a strong voice. Now my girl, Kelly, this one can belt it out. All through the competition, I knew that she would end up in the top and guess what?? She won! The public voted 52 for Kelly and 48 for Justin.
Last night, there was "American Idol" and it announced the winner. Then there was Big Brother 3. What is Viv going to do? Watch "American Idol" and check the website for details. Here's what happened: Amy promised Roddy that she will use the power of veto if she wins, to veto his nomination. In exchange, Roddy has to guarantee that she will not be evicted from the house. Roddy kept hounding Amy, that she made a promise and that she has to keep it. But because Roddy won't give Amy his word that he will make sure that she won't be evicted. Low and behold, Amy wins the veto and decides not to use it. Roddy sat there, with a look of a person that just got slapped. Tonight, someone will be evicted, stay tuned.
Marcellas is the HOH "head of household" this week. Everyone was in shock over the way that the host of the show, Julie Chen, announced Gerry's departure. She said, "Amy..then paused and told her that she can unpack her things, Gerry was voted 4 to 0 out of the house. They said that Julie was very sneaky at the way she announced it. Last night's episode had the house mates learning sign language. Between Lisa and Danielle, this was their secret communication among themselves. Roddy, the one that they feel is a threat, wanted to learn the basic alphabets. At one point, Lisa, decided to just teach him as little as she could. There was a water polo match against Amy, Lisa, Jason and Roddy. It was between the males and females. Not sure who won the game, but the females were playing dirty and nasty. Especially Amy, she was becoming a real flirt. Grabbing Jason's head and putting it between her breasts and Roddy got scratch marks on parts of his body because of her. She figured since Chiara, Roddy's girl, isn't there, he is easy game. The shocker to me was that her good buddy, Marcellas, nominated her and as expected Roddy up for eviction. He got fed up of with Amy's whining and couldn't stand it and that Roddy is a big threat to him. But then he should be careful of Danielle, she seems like the headstrong one out of the group and he feels that she can be a threat to him too. So this is Roddy's second time to be nominated for eviction and I think Amy's fourth???, this I am not sure. This is a tough one to call at which one will be the next to leave...stay tuned.
