Could it be that Barry Bonds may actually get a World Series ring? Well, at the rate the Giants are playing, this could possibly happen. Forget the all time home run records. The most important thing to Bonds, is that ring! It isn't just Bonds, but you have to give credit to the whole team. Such guys as...Kent, Santiago, Smitt and etc.
There is no game tonight, so game 3 will be played at Pac Bell Park in San Francisco.
Not only will the fans be rowdy, but it's fleet week and the Blue Angels will be flying the skies. So....GO GIANTS!!!!!!!
This is a new show on the WB. There's a new "Gotham City." We have Helena (the off spring of Batman and Cat Woman). Cat Woman gets killed by the Joker. Which leaves her without a mother. Batman doesn't know that he has a daughter and disappears for no apparent reason. Then there is Barbara Morgan aka "Bat Girl." A scene shows her opening the door and getting shot by the Joker, which leaves her paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair. Through all this happening, a little girl Dinah, sees these visions in her mind. Seems that anyone she touches, she gets a premonition.
The background and scenery is that of a gloomy, gothic kind of look. It's just like the Bat Man movies. Impressive fight scenes. Bat Girl, takes in Helena and becomes her guardian. Together they team up together to fight evil doers. Helena does the leg and muscle work, Bat Girl just guides her through by a transmitter on her necklace. Dinah is a teenager and travels to Gotham, to find those two women that she visioned as a child. Helena runs into her in an alley and she about to get jumped by this jerk she met on the bus ride. Dinah follows Helena and meets Bat Girl. They solve a crime and decide become a team.
The thing that bothers me is, most heroes have an alias. Helena is very obvious. She isn't wearing a mask, so you pretty much know it's her. Or maybe I am wrong. The show seems pretty interesting. It's nice to see a woman kick butt, besides Buffy.
