Today at work, the Office Service department is having their annual holiday party. Last year's was very good and tasty. So, today it will be the same. Party doesn't start until 2 P.M. and will last until 4 P.M. Of course, I am on a strict limitation on what I can eat. There are some Atkins approved dishes that the Sweet One can have.
Then tomorrow will be the building holiday party. I missed last year's event. But was told that it was real nice and the food was awesome. Since it's going to be for everyone in the building, there will be a very large turn out. This will start later in the day around 3.
If you remember awhile back, I wrote about "Lights, Camera and Action!". The commercial that was being shot at my office building was released. During the Niners game, I finally saw the commercial.
There were a few shots of the building. I recognized the guy. The scene where he is walking through the office and there are cubicles. That was filmed on one of the floors, that is no longer occupied at the time. We have those exact cubicles in our offices. The shot where he is looking down and the camera pans out and you see the glass building. That is where I work!
The other scenes were not that of my building. They were taped somewhere else. By the way, the commercial is by Volkswagen.
