It's the time of the year. Roses, chocolates and restaurants crowded with couples.
As for me...flowers don't last forever. I have learned to live without chocolates, since I started eating healthier. I prefer, quiet and intimate surroundings, compared to a crowded restaurant.
For my darling one, it's our 2nd Valentine's Day together. This year was pretty special. It took me 3 weeks, to think of 14 things for my "14 Days To Valentine's Day" and I was able to pull it off! I enjoyed doing the project. He's is one special man and it makes me very happy, to see his face light up, when he received his special "something."
All the men from the first episode are reunited together. I only saw the last 30 minutes of this special. Most of the guys, spoke their opinion on the whole experience. They shared clips and highlights.
What I thought was amusing and funny, was when they showed what happens, when you have a bunch of bachelors under one roof. The guys decided to have a beer party. They were doing shots. One of the guys got so drunk, that he pissed in his bed and the others were just observing him. I think it was Jack? He goes back to bed and the guys pick up his bed and put him outside in the back yard. He gets up, wonders why the carpet feels wet and like grass. He is still not fully awake and starts walking into the camera crew. Finally he opens his eyes and tries to get back in the house. Most of the guys were pretty wasted during this whole thing.
Trista made a surprise appearance and confronted the guys, who made comments. She seems very happy. The host asks if she is in love. And she smiles and says, "yes."
Someone asks her, how does the guy, that she picked, feels whenever he sees the scenes where she is kissing another guy. (Remember, this was taped awhile ago). She said it's hard for him, to see this, but he is trying to get used to it.
Well, we shall see, who she picks as her Prince Charming.
On Day 12, I presented my sweetie, with a jello mold. It read "I (heart) You". Bill took a picture of it, but it looks a bit gross. LOL
Day 13, his hint was : They"re Greeeeeat! He thought it was frosted flakes. But instead, they were pajama pants, with Tony the Tiger on it and it had the words "They're Great!: on them. Problem is...the pants are a bit long in the legs. So, I am going to have to alter them a bit.
Today's hint: Cats use their nails to do this? He guessed "scratch." So, he got another and final, Valentine's Lottery Scratcher. "What" Champagne for two. "Where" His place and "When" his choice.
First off, I would like to apologize to my fiance, Bill, for having him watch the whole show with me. But we agreed, that I would watch next week's show, on the television in the bedroom. He said he can't handle watching a whole two hours of this.
I have to say, it was boring and it seemed so well acted.
Evan got to take a walk with Sarah and Zora, alone. They talked about there first meeting, and clips of that were shown. Then their dates in Paris, clips of those were shown. They just reminisced about the events that happened.
Sarah seemed so much into the glamour, money, jewelry and gifts. She was still wearing the diamond necklace and she asked which was Zora's favorite. Zora wasn't wearing any of the jewelry and said that she would prefer something that she could really use or needed. Something like pot and pans, which Zora commented, that she really needed those.
It wasn't until very close to the end of the show, they show Evan, enter the room and confess that everything was a lie. It wasn't shown, who that person was. We have to tune in next week, for his decision.
There will be a one hour special, with the women who weren't chosen as the final two. They will give their input on the whole thing. Then, Evan picks his lady and tells her the truth, she will decide if she still wants to see him or not. She will be presented with a ring, if she accepts.
On my lovely ride to work this morning. Lovely, meaning that the skies were blue and clear. My ride was okay.
Cal Train have these new Baby Bullet Trains, that they use every now and then. They are nice, comfortable and roomy. But it can't really seat too many people. Each car has a bathroom, the regular ones, only have a bathroom at certain cars. This new train, you have seats, where you are facing another. If you have longer legs, it is not comfortable, with someone opposite you. Also, if you are sleeping, the other person is looking at you. Each car is double decked.
As for it being faster...during my ride this morning. I noticed that it tends to go very slow, as we approach my stop. So, I was thinking to myself, this isn't a baby bullet, it's more like a baby slug. I guess I was in a cranky mood or it could be that they were trying to keep with schedule and didn't want to arrive in San Jose too early.
There are times, when the baby bullet goes fairly fast.
Today's hint: "Hunk 'o' Burning Love" Yes, it is a song, that Elvis sings. But that isn't the gift. His gift was, how do I put it?
They are boxer briefs, with the words "Hunk 'o' Burning Love" printed on the waist band. Then on one of the legs, there is a patch with a burning heart. I was going to get him boxers with hearts on it, but these were appropiate for my sweetheart.
