Latest news...Corey Clark. Clark is scheduled to go to trial on April 15 on charges of resisting arrest, physical battery and criminal restraint. These complaints stem from an Oct. 12, 2002 arrest in Topeka, Kansas in which Clark allegedly assaulted his 15-year-old sister. Because of this, Clark was voted off the show and during that week, where one contestant was suppose to get eliminated. No one was eliminated, due to the fact of Clark's departure and it would mess up the scheduling of the show.
