My best friend and her husband, came to visit California, from Massachusetts, last Friday. Her hubby's friend, was very ill and was battling NHL Lymphoma.
Well, this morning, he lost the battle and died peacefully this morning. Evening though, I have never met him and his wife, I know how it feels, to loose someone. Spending countless days, taking care of them and to see them go through their suffering.
Even though their soul is gone, their spirit, lives on. Through a mention of that person's name, times that you have shared together and memories of events.
The suffering is over and now you have found peace.
What the hell is becoming of this state? Is California going Hollywood? They should have just let Gray Davies, finished his term. This whole recall, is like a circus.
Now, that we have a new gov, I wonder how Ahnud will be able to handle things. There are talks of trying to recall Ahnud, but that may not be a great idea.
It was the Niners against the Detroit Lions, with Steve Mariucci as the head coach. Niners were leading 17 to 0. Then during halftime, the score was, Niners 17 Detroit 10.
It was very close, Detroit had a chance to win and Niners again...could have lost.
It's not a good weeked for our bay area teams. Raiders lost against the Chicago Bears. A's lost against the Red Sox. Giants lost against the Marlins. Earthquakes lost too.

Ok, now this looks too cheesy. We have a real life cowboy, who makes 11 grand.
Seems that the women in europe, have not seen the first "Joe Millionaire" and so they tell the group of women, that they have a "millionaire" from the States, looking for a bride.
Commercials of it, have the "millionaire" riding up on a horse and dressed up like a cowboy. The women are excited, that he is a cowboy and a millionaire.
This one, doesn't catch my interest. But I have to say, out of all the bachelors, he seems "realistic." The others, had model looks and toned bodies.
Not saying, that Bob Guiney isn't good looking. He gotten a lot of attention, when he was one of the bachelors in "The Bachelorette." His down to earth personality and quick humor was very noticeable.
When I saw the first episode and they introduced the bachelorettes, it was sort of funny. The women were determined and excited to meet him. Few of them, have visioned themselves having a life with him. After meeting him, one of them tripped and kind of fell down, Bob went to see if she was ok and she turned red and composed herself.
A friend said that he seems gay and I kind of agree. It could be the way, he talks or his laugh.
Unexpectedly, my loving husband, presented me with beautiful long stem red roses. The stems are trimmed and nicely arranged in a vase, that graces our dining table.
