Poor thang. A German cat weighing six times the normal weight is so fat that it cannot take more than four steps without getting exhausted, officials at a Berlin animal shelter said Friday after receiving the 6-year-old feline.
Seems that the cat's owner from Berlin, Germany was feeding the cat 4 pounds of ground meat each day. Mikesch, a black-and-white house cat weighing in at nearly 41 pounds, was taken from his elderly owner on Thursday.
There wasn't anything worth seeing last night so I decided to watch the Kids Choice Award. It was being hosted by Cameron Diaz and Mike Myers.
I missed the first 15 minutes and at some points I was flicking the channel. They had one category for "Best Fart" and the award went to the camel in "Kangaroo Jack." Then they had "Best Burp" on the show. That went to Hugh Jackman. He accepted the award with a burp acceptance speech.
Guest presenters were: Jennifer Garner, David Spade, Lindsey Lohan, Queen Latifah, Britney's baby sis Jamie Lynn Spears, the Olsen Twins (who by the way got slimed over and over) and others whom I can't quite remember.
Don't forget to change your clocks to one hour ahead! As I was running some errands this morning, it seemed like some businesses weren't open yet.
Time seems to be flying by for me and I had to hurry to do some chores. I've finished most of it. Just have to put some laundry away and put one more load in the washer and dryer.
Not sure why but the weather is making me quite sleepy lately...
