A good friend had some surgery done and is hopefully to be released from the hospital today. She went in for something minor last Tuesday but it ended up being major. She was kept in the hospital 2 extra days. Me and a few others went to see her at the hospital We brought flowers and balloons. She was happy to see us but still a bit in pain.
Well it's down to three bachelorettes. I haven't kept much updated on this show. I guess because most of the past bachelors are no long with the women that they have chosen.
Anyways, I was bored and decided to check out the action on this show. Finally he didn't give Trish a rose. There were questions about why she was still in the show. I guess they wanted to have some drama in the show or Jesse was just blind. No more of her pouting and her attitude. There was one episode where she was wearing this tiara. I asked a friend why she was wearing it and there was no apparent reason. I thought maybe she won it during some competition like in "Survivor" when you win immunity. But I thought to myself wrong show. It could be that she's a princess. I noticed that when she is having a intimate moment alone with Jesse, she always has this look of innocence on her face and eyes. As if she is like a lost puppy. But when she is with the girls she acts like a prima dona.
I hope that she isn't going to be chosen as the next "Bachelorette".
Well it's down to the final FOUR. George Huff got his walking papers and was voted out Wednesday night. I have to say he had quite a journey and was lucky to be in the final five. For someone who was an alternate and to be where he has gotten is quite an accomplishment. Good luck to you and "keep smiling".
Next Tuesday it will be Donna Summer night. I'm curious to see what songs the ladies will be singing that night. Sorry to say but I think Jasmine will be the next to be voted out. She has a beautiful voice but the choice of songs aren't quite good enough. Diana has been doing very well so far. Just as Simon Cowell has predicted it will be down to Fantasia and Latoya.
Well it's hard to believe that it has been 2 years since my mom passed away. The sun was shining bright and the sky was blue. She very early in the morning.
She picked a perfect day to remember "May 5th Cinco De Mayo." It's a day to remember a beloved one who is gone.
For others it's a day to celebrate.
"Mom you will never be forgotten and will always live in my memory."
My friend and coworker is celebrating a birthday. And everyone else will be celebrating but for Cinco De Mayo. A group of us are hoping to take her out to lunch and celebrate. But she's been out for 2 days of work so we hope she is feeling much better.
The San Jose Sharks had their chance to end the series if only they just win one freakin game!!!! But nooooooo, they had to blow it and now the series is Sharks 3 and Avalanche 2.
Colorado has a chance to tie it and precede to game 7. This is not good for Shark fans if this does happen.
