Seems that D&B wanted to do some promotional advertisement. They acquired the building that I work in. There were only 3 games in the lobby area. Outside was a both for people to put their name down for a drawing. The prize is an office party thrown by D&B. They had samples of prizes that can be won at their gaming place in the Great Mall in Milpitas. I've been there more than once.
Samples of their food was given out. But there wasn't much left when I arrived. Earlier there were sandwhiched cut in bite size and cups of pasta given out. It seems that outsiders who don't work in my building walked by and took some of the food.
For the next two weeks my hunnay won't be joining me at the gym. He seemed to have agitated a muscle in his knee and doctor's orders to stay off it for awhile. So I'm going solo for now.
I was at my usual spot. The "Life Fitness" machines in the back. I was alone but suddenly people started coming around and suddenly there were no machines available. This elder gentleman was on the machine beside me. Things were going fine but suddenly I hear this "pfffffffffffffft" sound. Then this distinctive aroma fills the air. It wasn't that bad, I've smelled worse believe. The guy had earphones blaring.
Thank goodness my work out was just about finished.
This is the kind of movie that should have been on network television and not in the theatres.
It's about a casanova named Tomas aka Papi (played by Eduardo Verástegui). He's been dating 3 women. A lawyer from Chicago named Lorena (played by Roselyn Sanchez), a club owner and wannabe dancer CiCi from Miami (played by Sofia Vegara) and a spoiled rich girl from New York Patricia(played by Jaci Velasquez). All three decide to surprise Papi at his place in Los Angeles.
CiCi's friend has a boyfriend who calls the friend up and asks for a favor. He sold his car to this guy on the internet and he isn't able to drive the car down to Los Angeles. CiCi offers to drive the car down so that she can stop by and see Papi on the way.
The women meet and exchange accusations. Papi fainted during a presentation and his doctor prescribed some tranquilizers and some rest. He starts stressing, takes some pills and drinks alcohol as each women comes to see him. Suddenly he drops to the floor and is knocked out during part of the film.
While this is going on a CIA agent is watching the house. Seems there was some stolen money and the car that CiCi is driving has the bag of loot. The women got to a hotel with Papi and wait until he wakes up. Then he will have to choose which women he wants to be with.
The women start to bond and get to know eachother. Lorena gets mistaken for Miss Puerto Rico at this beauty pageant held in the hotel. She starts to let her hair down and her inner beauty starts to show. CiCi decides that she wants to be a professional dancer and after her parents disown her, Patricia decides that she will get a job and be independant. They drop the cars with these two men played by D.L. Hughley and Fredd Rodriguez. Of course the money isn't there and they are after the women.
Anyways, it went by fairly quick. There weren't any nude scenes, no curse words. This movie should have been on the Hallmark Channel or ABC Family Channel.
The women are very voluptous and sexy. Papi isn't that bad looking either. There were guest appearance by latin singer Carlos Ponce and Sheila E.
